Office staff was very friendly and not pushy. Might be my fault for not pressing for complete answers but time estimates for travel could be better. The final tally was more than I was expecting. Movers were very nice.

Information regarding boxes before moving day, same size boxes are easier for the movers and that taking apart furniture before should be suggested such as bedroom sets. it would have spared the men moving the equipment much time and cut down on my costs. The movers were great - they had great attitudes and were a pleasure to deal with.

The move went well except for the traffic delay from Barrie to Toronto for initial pick up booked for 9:00 am as the truck arrived at 9:50 am. We were charged 3.5 hours in driving travel time for the move from Etobicoke to Collingwood, which in our opinion is high. There should be an agreed upon maximum hours for regular travel time, not what expires due to traffic on the roads.

For a future move, I will use an Etobicoke company to get to Collingwood.

I was advised by your rep that all moving companies charge from leaving the company to returning to the company. I discovered that this is not the case for some companies that charge from home arrival to next home departure.

Overall I was very happy with the service. The two men were prompt, worked hard and well and were very pleasant throughout. The only negative was a bit of a surprise with the final price, The estimate had been 750 or thereabouts and the final price was over 1100. the time was slightly longer than estimated, the cost of boxes was additional as were the taxes. i suggest that you remind customers of these factors when doing the initial estimate. overall however, was happy with the move and would recommend you to others.

Serivice was excellent The 3 man team worked well together and all of the individuals listened to my questions and concerns and responded in a polite and informative manner. Sharon, your office contact person was most accomodating as we had elevator concerns and issues and could not confirm actual move date till close to the end and had to move into a storage unit. The same 3 man team will be moving the furniture from the storage unit to its final destination. Regards

Joanne and I cannot sing loudly enough the song of praise we have for Harvey, Tyler and Jake. These guys were extremely, polite, always pleasant and problem solved like a real team. I was very impressed with my first meeting with Josh from the company he was full of very good information and new his industry well. I liked the fact he even said if I did not go with his company he told me things to look out for and things to ask other companies. This was something he did not have to do but it showed his confidence in the job his company could do. I was impressed from the interaction of arranging boxes to be picked up to when the guys forgot to pick up my TV's to be recycled and Josh offered to come to my house the next day to get them. The moving guys were great all very courteous and handled my items with care. They even had patience to deal with a 10 year old asking questions. I don't look forward to my next move but I will 100% use this company again.

I thought Two Men and a truck was a little pricy, however to be fair I haven't compared it to anyone else.

Your movers on the other hand were extremely quick, safe and polite. Very professional. If all your movers are like the two I had then your represented very well in the field.

during the move of my kitchen cabinetry i was very impressed with 'Jason' and 'Keash' (i hope thats the correct spelling of his name), they were very knowledgeable and they really seemed to care about the contents that i was moving.

My sister and her husband used Two Men and a Truck for their move and spoke very highly of the service, specifically the movers and their efficiency. While their move was in town, mine was from Toronto to Barrie. I considered renting a truck myself to save the expense but in the end decided to make the investment and hire professionals. It was the right decision and Two Men and a Truck was the right choice!

I will write to you separately in more detail, but we were extremely pleased with the move. As house renovators, we are experienced house movers, and of about 12 moves in the last 14 years, this was the best. The crew were polite, professional and hard working. Any damage was extremely minor in nature and not worth mentioning. We are passing our recommendation on to our local real estate agent.

Jason, Jay and Adam were absolutely Outstanding. They were professional, courteous and extremely hard working. What was extremely impressive is that they knew where each piece of furnature came from in the previous house and placed it together in the new house, in the correct room. These three gentlemen deserve to be recognized as Outstanding employees. I would definitely recommend TWO MEN, but more importantly I would highly recommend these THREE MEN, Jason, Jay and Adam!! Move was made much easier by the six person crew and two trucks that were used. The staff were courteous and worked continuously even though the weather was very warm. They were very accommodating at the new home and moved furnishings as requested to the area we wanted and most importantly took great care at both residences to ensure there was no damage to floors or walls.
